Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a trainer.  An effective personal trainer can guide you, motivate you, and educate you. Trainers provide accountability and build the confidence within you needed to meet the challenges along the way.  Although I will be your guide, it is upon you to accept the challenges ahead.  It's YOU who needs to believe change will happen!  If you put your heart and all your being into what you believe, success and accomplishment are the end result.  You can and you will!  

Initially we need to build a foundation to grow upon.  This means I need to understand exactly what you want to accomplish, what experiences you have had with exercise and health, and what kind of lifestyle you live now.  Personal training is exactly that, personal! Are you just starting out?  Are you stuck in a "workout rut"?  Is your numerical age increasing yet you want to feel as though it is decreasing?  Are you an athlete looking for an edge over the competition?  The answer to these questions will result in vastly different exercise plans. Although I'm basing my training out of your home, the equipment we use and where we conduct the workout will also vary.  We could go to a local park for a boot camp-like workout, take the bikes out for an off terrain workout, or dip a kayak in the water for a challenging yet refreshing alternative.  You will also have the opportunity to workout with friends and/or family in small group training sessions.  This is a way to use each other as motivation and accountability, and to have fun while at it.  

I will be open-minded to our workouts and so should you.  Whatever goals you have, together we will be successful.
